Chhayas Tailoring Designing Collage (CTDC) (erstwhile known as Chhayas Tailoring Collage) was established in year 1934 in Vadodara, Gujarat by Late Shri K G Chhayas who is First Class Cutting Diploma from London and Pune. The first feather to the success crown of Shri Chhayas was Gold Medal from the British Government for his creative work in Coat Making. Following the footsteps of his father on innovation and creativity.

I was very fortunate that i took up training and knowledge from Chhayas college, (ctdc) for fashion designing (sketching)where along with proper guidance and support, confidence building activities were taught, because of which i could start my own boutique "wow women creaationz" in a short time.. since 2015 till present ..I have worked as product designer/junior merchandiser in garment industry before wow womens.!
I have always believed in "Do what you Love and Embrace your Awesomeness". I decided to switch my career from Mathematics to Fashion Designing and so getting connected with Chhayas Tailoring and Designing College, I have received ample of support and guidance to enhance my skills, learn many things and develop myself into a Designer. It was the turning point in my life when I joined CTDC for Advance diploma in Fashion designing.It helped me a lot for my second career. Initially I have worked as a faculty member for fashion institute.The confidence I gained from CTDC helped me handle my clients who demanded casual/office wear to heavy bridal couture.Gradually I am able to set up my sampling and job working unit.!
My personal and professional growth has been exponential when i joined CTDC- Diploma in fashion designing, I learned many things in CTDC and probably feel like professor here are very nice. They always provide us with different opportunities and great experience very helpful Teacher's and quality service.! CTDC helped me path a new way for my carrier as a fashion designer. It helped me endure my future plan at setting a workshops at my own, they guided me in the right way to create a perfect mix of fashion plus talent. Designing toddlers clothes and stitching them professionally was my dream when I joined CTDC's first batch. Drawing, painting, knitting, and of course stitching, helped me create something beautiful as per customers' need. After 10 years I enjoyed a thrilling experience when I presented my kids range 'Rasilee', based on the theme of fruits, in fashion show of 2018 arranged by the institute. I am really thankful to Vinay sir and Mithal mam for inspiring me to see the dream, helping me to attain the professionalism and getting the new identity. Currently I am taking customization orders exculsvly designer apparels of kids under the brand name !
